1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Andy's Answers, LLC. will gladly refund your money, no questions asked. Simply use the contact us button, and write us an email with your username, purchase order number, and date of purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

2. BeyondGuitar.com will monitor the forums and delete any innapropriate content.

3. If you use BeyondGuitar.com in a fraudulent manner, or if you copy our videos for distribution, your account will be blocked.

4. If you ask for a refund three or more times, obviously this site is not for you. To make it easier on both of us, you will be asked not to purchase videos on the site in the future.

5. If you are an artist, and ask us to remove one of our lessons on your song, we will cheerfully do so.
